The consistency is slightly thicker, though not heavy to wear, but I found that this sometimes led to color separating around or sinking into lip lines, which was often less visible (or not at all visible) in person. ![]() Only a few shades seemed more matte to semi-matte but most had a satin finish, so if you prefer a very flat, matte finish, this line doesn't yield that. The texture felt more velvety and smooth-silicone-like in that respect-but there were a few shades that felt more traditionally creamy, and as a result, had more of a sheen for the first hour or two of wear. Most shades had semi-opaque coverage or higher, and the semi-opaque shades often could be built up to full coverage with a second layer.
